My approach
I welcome you as you are, and offer an empathetic and non-judgemental space where you feel safe and heard. No matter what brings you to our sessions, talking therapy can help you to find a way forward.
Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings to gain a greater understanding of yourself. Our work may involve bringing awareness to patterns of behaving and ways of relating to others, and discovering new ways of being that support personal change.
As an integrative, relational therapist I draw on several approaches depending on your unique needs and take a collaborative approach, following you at your pace. I consider the social and cultural contexts that we live in and offer an LGBTQIA+ affirmative and anti-oppressive practice.
My counselling experience includes working at low-cost community counselling services and private practice. I have worked with a range of clients with diverse identities and presenting issues including; anxiety, grief and bereavement, relationships difficulties, sexuality, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma.
Fees
My fees are from £70 - £85 per 50-minute session. I ask you to decide what you can afford. This enables me to offer lower-cost spaces for those on reduced incomes, subject to availability.
The first session is offered at a reduced rate of £50.
